Power And Pain es el álbum debut de New Jersey thrash metal banda, latigazo cervical. Fue lanzado en 1985 por Roadrunner Records y fue seguido en 1987 de Ticket to Mayhem.
En 1998, Actas Enfadado reeditado poder y el dolor, que incluyó su segundo álbum, Ticket to Mayhem.
