The Cancer Empire es la principal liberación segunda etiqueta de banda de metal sueca Zonaria y el primero en ser lanzado en su nuevo sello, Century Media Records. Fue grabado en el Studio Fredman con Fredrik Nordström. Comentó el cantante Simon Berglund:
