Es un disco recopilatorio de la banda estadounidense de heavy metal Anthrax. El disco esta conformado con lo mejor de sus disco de 1984 a 1990. Lo más relevante es que las canciones fueron elegidas por los fans de la banda en una votación realizada en la página oficial de la banda.
El álbum consta con canciones de los disco anteriores: "Fistful Of Metal" (1984), "Spreading The Disease" (1985), "Among The Living" (1987), "State Of Euphoria" (1988) y "Persistence of Time" (1990).
